Sushi Retail Range
Sushi 10 and 30 pieces
- Defrosting at room temperature: leave the product at room temperature (20 to 25°C), without opening the packaging, 5 h 30 before consumption. (Recommended)
- Defrosting in the refrigerator: defrost in the refrigerator (4°c) for 24 hours before intended consumption, without opening the packaging.
18 pieces of tempura sushi
- In a deep fryer: fry in sunflower oil, without defrosting, at 180°C, for 4 minutes. Drain well before serving.
- Pan-fry: Add to a pan with plenty of very hot sunflower oil and fry for 4 minutes over a medium heat, or until golden brown. Drain well before serving.
Gyozas
- Microwave: Once defrosted, place desired amount in a microwave-safe container and heat for 1 minute on medium power.
- On the griddle: once defrosted, add a spoonful of oil and brown for about a minute or until golden.
- In the steamer: put the Dim sum without defrosting, in a steamer with boiling water, cook for 5 and a half minutes.

These makis are to be fried without defrosting at 180°C for 5 to 6 minutes. Once drained, they must be cut into 8 to 10 portions. The last three are sold directly cut into pieces.
